Nothing, except illegal rules can be against law. In fact, your topic is contradictory to your own query.

But, see, if you are not confused in yourself over your own question. Your question is "Which rules against law?" while your subject line is "Civil law against rule."

Any purpose for posting of contradictory question, as against the subject line as topic for the question?
