Civil suit

In civil suit i have to file additional written statement with documents ,is it attached as ehibit or annexure,iam enclosing xerox copies only.original submitted before.

In reply to plaint a written statement is filed which consists of two parts wherein first part admission or denial of plaint averments are made and in second part additional pleas are raised in defence.

Any additional written statement can be filed only when plaintiff has been allowed
to amend the plaint.

When original documents are already on record, it is of no use to file their zerox
copies.
