Which act makes the provision of CL & SL of some specified amount should be given to Employees / Workers in Engineering - Manufacturing Company covered under Factories Act ?

Dear Jose,
CL denotes casual leave and SL denotes sick leave in certain organizations and special leave in some others, as allowed to employees in any organisation.

Dear Prashant,
Casual leave and special leave are not mandatory types, while sick leave is a type of leave that is regulated by hospitalization or on doctor's medical certificate and can be treated like a mandatory provision, as any organisation cannot compel a worker to discharge his duty when he is sick.
