Can sectary of multi state co-operative societies sign the instrument like as share certificate in the absence of chief executive or managing director?

DEPENDS. IF AUTHORISED- YES.

Secretary of Multi state co-op. Soc. can sign the istruments in the absence of CEO/MD only if he is authorised by them in written otherwise not.
