Company closed his all contact after given money for land puchase

i have given 1lk 50k mone to RVa realcon company for land purchase , but suddenly they closed all contacts and offices,
i have all payment proof of money like online trasfer to company and cash tranxaction video clip and fone recorded with me.
currently one of the member of that company in contact she telling me to relocate and will need to pay for this.
kindly help me out ..
note- if any body like to resolve my issue i will pay the 40% amount to that person

you should file criminal complaint against them with ECONOMIC OFFENCES DIVISION with copy of proof. you have to find out ITS CIN number AS WELL AS LIST OF DIRECTORS' NAME AND ADDRESS, REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS FROM COMPANY REGISTRAR to enable you to file civil case against them in future.

You approach a local lawyer and issue a legal demand notice demanding the company to return the advance money obtained from you, failing to invoke response, you may either approach police or civil court for recovery or both.
