Dear Sir/Madam

Here I want to know what is the procedure to incorporate the private limited by Private Trust?


Can your refer the Section too?

a private limited will be incorporated under the provision of the Company Act 1956,, as per the law,,

there is a requirement of minimum 2 individuals to form a private limited and a minimum of Rs. 1,00,000/- as a share capital...

U/s 11 private limited company could be incorporated. But without seeing trust deed, opinion could not be farmed.

A trust can be a member of a private limited company . It depend the rules and regulations mentioned in Trust Deed.

Trust can be a member of public / private limited company, but the trust can not be the director of the company.

Usual procedure is applicable.

If you have no intention to earn profits by incorporating the private company, you can refer to Section 25 of the Companies Act 1956.
