Right now I am working in ozone info engineer Pvt. Ltd. As technical supporting engg. They recruits me on 27 Feb 2015 to still that time I was expecting 15500 ₹ ctc so they told me I cant able to give that much amount at least we can pay you 13500 ₹ per month. But that time I told them I want increment after six month they told me yes and as per appointment latter they told me you should be complete your probation period six after that you got permanent latter. There is not mention they going to be increase my salary after 6 six month. But they verbally committed as well as they written all over thing on rough paper. So I completed six month yesterday I gone for meeting that time they told me you increment not going to be do because of company money problem. But told them you committed me you are going to increase my salary after six month hr also agreed as well as company owner also agreed. After that they told me we are going to increase your salary on march 2016. I also agreed ok but you should give me differences After my six month completion they cant agreed that also there have lots of work continuously changing lots working strategy. If suppose to be I cant submit daily report in one day they deduct 100 ₹ from my salary. What I can do. That's the only Question repeated on my mind its not going ok as per I was thinking so what can I do. " please suggest me any buddy its an humble request" thank you

Change to a good company with good HR practices......................and next time reduce everything in appointment letter than on rough paper.
Each deduction has to be shown in salary slip. Salary slip has to be supplied at least a day before disbursement of wages.

First of all very very thanks. Mr. Kumar Doab But this company not stopping be a law into oneself. How can can stop them ? Who seem his bad behaviour lots of employee leave this company company Name not suites them (criminal farm). I am thinking to leave job without notice period because they don't worth it my politeness I find new job some where as per my technical expertise as well as exp. Not issue but how could I find well reputed company which not repeating same. Is this type of leaving job is it effecting on my career.?

Try to complete notice period as it may send bad massage to your new company.
Better try to switch over new job.

If not satisfied, you are also free to leave the company to join some other company.

You should become member of some employee's/trade unions e.g. CITU/INTUC/AITUC/BMS etc and then you will learn about your rights and how to draft and handle the matters.
The notice period inserted in appointment letter may not be necessarily applicable in your case.
Regarding deductions and other matters you can approach;
Inspector appointed under (Name of the state) Shops and Commercial Establishments Act: In this Act you will find the correct notice period applicable to you as per length of service.
