Company not paying interest on deposit

Sir,
how do i approach where and whom to punish the company who is not paying the interest on the fixed deposit amount. they also do not respond to my email communications. the investment was made thro a local investment promotor.

You should send a notice to the Company for payment of the interest with a copy to the local investment promoter. Engage a local lawyer and if he is satisfied with all the records consumer forum may be approached for deficiency of service.

File a consumer complaint and you can also go to high court for liquidation of such company.

sir, thank you .can i have the consumer court's contact details. I am in bangalore. the local promotor has a branch office in bangalore and the the concerned company defaulting the interest is in Pune.

You can file the case with consumer Forum at Banglore. You can take the assistance of some local Lawyer.
