Compassaionate job of my father

Hi,
I am kshitij, my father got expired recently, he was working in PHED ( public health and engeneering dept.) Alwar, Rajasthan On UDC designation . know i am Post graduate in Finance ( MBA in finance). Dept. people are saying if i would opt. for job i would be given as LDC as qualification does'nt matter.
Pl. suggest me in this case.

They are right.
LDC job is perhaps being offered as it may be available. Otherwise they would have offered even Gp-D post. With this qualification you can find much better job elsewhere.
The aim of this exercise is to save the family from immediate starvation.

you are highly qualifed and can get a good job in pvt sector .
why you want LDC job which is not commenusrate with your qualifications

It is doubtful that there can be any act in contravention to Article 14 of constitution.
No such act could be searched on Google.
However if such act is there the go to nearest available advocate and file case in Rajasthan State administrative tribunal.
If you are already earning then otherwise also you are not eligible for compassionate appointment (unless you hide this material information from deptt and liable for terminal even before retirement) . Family is not on road.
