Compassionate job

My father expired last year 2016 and he was Group D employee in Military Farm of Defence Department. My questions are
1- Since year 2000 there's no recruitment in Military Farms, So how they handle the compassionate job case if there is no recruitment done in Military Farms.
2- I'm 30 right now When I applied I was unmarried. But now planning to get marrying 2019. Will I be eligible for �. job
3- Can I file a legal case to get the job early in such scenario
Please assist me with your wise knowledge.

So you intend to get married with no job till age of 30 with only hope of compassionate job for which you will no longer eligible when married

My name is Harishankar Yadav.
My ref. no. Is 080808/MF-2/CA dating 18th Jan 2017.
Yesterday I got a letter which confirm my registration.
Military Farm department has announced it is going to be shutdown by 2017 by ARMY General in 2012. The MF office don't have any intention for fresh recruitment. Infant since 2000 there hasn't been any recruitment.
They have only one answer that you will be joining the waiting list of such cases. Military Farm meets it's labour requirements by contact. 90% labour are temporarily working under contractor. There are 7 case pending in since 2000 mine is latest. That's all I can say.
My question was if Military Farms don't have recruitment plans than what are the chances.
They don't have any intention for helping us.

If eligible you can be considered for civilian post in any deptt of Army

Employees of military farm in defence (army) are being weeded out and no fresh recruitment is being made.
However, compensatory appointment could have been possible if the military farm could have continued whereas other department/organisation/corps do not entertain such request of compensatory appointment of kith and kin of any other employee from any other military or civil organisation/ department/ corps.

Military Farms are not interested in arranging fresh recruitment because of contract labour avaliablity.
