I ordered a Casio watch on "Snapdeal" on Feb 7th 2017. Order ID: 18276645735 for Rs.1660.00 Payment type COD. They confirmed my order and verify by email and SMS.They give estimated delivery date 12 Feb, 2017 - 16 Feb, 2017. The end of delivery date snapdeal cancel my order thierself. i send so many emails and calls but no response. i register a complaint (no:169914) in Department of Consumer Affairs, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution website(INGRAM)But no response .Now the "casio watch price" in increase (Rs.8200 to Rs.9400) and daily price vary. So now what i do sir. Thank You.

Sir, i register a online complaint in "INGRAM". That page Displayed "not yet processed" But snapdeal customer care says "Complaint status: Closed". You can see "http://consumerhelpline.gov.in/" Complaint No:169914
