i have proofs of excise evasion by few MNC that is in crores. so where to complaint and there is also some reward for informer. can any 1 tell me how can i

One does not know what kind of proof that you have.
However, if you have, then by retaining a copy of the same, send a letter duly signed by you (without signature the same will not be acted upon) under Registered Post to the jurisdictional Commissioner of Central Excise making your points and also attaching the proof.
One is not sure whether you would get any Reward or not - that would depend upon the policy of the Department. But be sure that what you are saying is correct - that the MNC is evading excise duty. Any wrong information may boomerang on you.
