Complaint on advocate

My Crl. OP was allowed by HC Madras 13 months back. But my advocate didn't send order copy yet. Due to my continuous pressure 8 months later My advocate send HC web page which shows the status ALLOWED On Jan 2018 to my email. Then on Apr 2018 he sent to my email 15 page order copy without signature of court authority every page contains HC emblem. I am so much tortured by his deficiency of service. Is that order a fake one? Can I complaint him to BC of TN? will it take strict action against him or do favour to him?

Consult another local lawyer, prima facie no case is made out against your lawyer, who have sent you copy of order passed by the Court.

It is the professional duty of the advocate to apply and get the certified copies of all orders/judgments for the client even if those may be uploaded on the website of the concerned court. For any appeal against the order/judgment the in the appellant court the certified copies of these are always to be attached along with the appeal petition.
If your advocate indulged in unprofessional act as it seems by what ever you stated here, you must formally lodge complaint against him with the local bar council for taking action against him.
There may be voices coming from this forum that such complaint will go unheard and no action will be taken all this should not be any hindrance and you must take the action against such advocate.
All unprofessional and criminal acts are taken seriously and suitable action taken against them by the state bar councils as well courts.

Suppose the above two advocates only are your advocates. Lets assume like this. Now I will teach you how to nail these scoundredls woh took fees from you and did not provide order copy.
point no. 1 is the order copy will be not given on the same day of pronouncing the judgement.
Second defect is you were not present in court hall or matter would be different now.
The jduge will simply tell orders passed and wont even bother to pronounce the full judgement in open court. He will ask you or your laweyr to check the order for details.
The order copy should be given then and tehre only to both the parties free of cost or both their advocates.
I am sure your advocate has lost it.
Now he cant spare 50 rs to apply for certified copy and send you thorugh RPAD another 30 rs. 100 rs he wont spend.
Now yo uspend 200 rs and make bar council of india cancel his licesnse sitting at home thorugh RTI act.
File a rti application asking certified copies explaining the whole situation to the registrar of that particular court. He will reply that send money thorugh IPO send whatever 100 rs IPO he asks. You will get certfied copies at your home.
FOr adovate yo teach lesson. Write a complaint letter to secreatary bar council of india about this advocaet asking him to take action of cancellling his license for harassing you inspite of you clearing his fees long back.
few days later file a rti application asking status of complaint given against advocate.
The advocate will give the certified copy of ordrr sheet and also be penalized for harassing you.

In the Print outs taken from the Court's Official Website Court's Seal is not mandatory.

Refer the Orders of Honorable Justice Mr .R.V.Gughe Pronounced in Aurangabad Branch of Bombay High Court in February 2018 in the land mark judgement " Court Orders Print outs from Official Website will be counted as Legally Valid."
