Compulsory eduction act 2005

(Querist) 10 March 2012 This query is : Resolved 
sir, some schools are not following the rules and regulations of RTE act 2005.according to RTE act every private school should provide 25% of admissions for sc/st/bc and weaker sections.and they would not counduct the admission tests also.they are not following the procedure of this act . I WANT TO FILE A CASE AGAINST THE SCHOOL. can i get information about the school from RTI ACT 2005.CAN I FILE A CASE BEFORE THE DIST COURT? PLS EXPLAIN THE procedure AND WHAT SECTIONS I HAVE TO MENTION IN THE CASE.

You should bring this fact to the knowledge of District Education Officer who have been empowered to ensure the following of the Act in its letter and spirit and i any DEO becomes fail to adhere to his duty, you can file a writ against him as well as against the concerned school
