Dear Experts,
last year i was married with a girl (arranged marriage) however at the time of marry neither her parents nor herself has reveal that she is already in relationship with another guy. even after marry her behavior was not normal. both of us also have not good relation. she always try to have fight with me even on casual issue. finally one day i caught her in the night talking to her boyfriend over phone. when i asked her about him she has confessed he is my boyfriend and i was forced to marry with you. after her confession i asked her either to leave her boy friend or to give me divorce but she has admit neither to leave him nor giving divorce. as my life is being much effected by her please suggest me How to get rid from her. if i file for divorce will i have pay alimony,
and what is my rights in this scenario?

The Personal Open Hearted/Minded Discussion would be the Best remedy.Convince her Politely and go for Mutual consent Divorce which could be completed in 6 Month.

Have you discussed with her parents?

Meanwhile can engage a private detective and gather all proofs of her unfaithfulness.

If she is not working you may have to pay maintenance during proceedings and after wards if court orders so.

If you could Convince her for MCD you could also convince her Not to claim any Maintenance and Child's Custody to be with you.

i had already tried my level best. even talked to her parents. but all in vain. i am depressed because she is not managable girl. plz clarify what are the best remedies for me in this scenario as my life is being ruined?

As advised above engage a private detective and gather concrete proofs of her extra marital relations.

You can proceed with divorce petition equiped with solid proofs.

Dear Sir,
Will i have to pay alimony if i go for divorce. If the women herself is not agreeing to have conjugal relation. in this scenario is she legally eligible to get alimony?

Also suggest assume : if court order to pay her alimony. Will i have to pay alimony even after if she do marry her boy friend?

Court may not order for alimony, it may order payment of maintenance if she is not working and her bigamy in court is not proved beyond doubts.
