what is the differnce between the constitutional law and administrative law.
A V Vishal (Expert) 14 January 2010
Constitutional law is the study of foundational or basic laws of nation states and other political organizations. It is an area of law which deals with the interpretation and application of a constitution, particularly that of a national government.
On the other hand, administrative law can be defined as the body of rules and regulations and orders and decisions created by administrative agencies of government.Administrative law is concerned with the substance and procedures of executive branch rule making, regulatory enforcement, and adjudication of disputes handled by administrative agencies rather than the courts.
