Iam Sougamya have completed my BA.LL.B and Iam about to attend an interview in a LPO company....Iam supossed to answer some questions related to contracts...such as....

Anti trust clause - acting against trust on you
Non compete clause - not establish any competitive concern dealing the same kind of acts
Summarising the agreement - facts of offer and acceptance depending on so many factors Merchant services agreement - just like same
as above
Non disclouser clause - keeping not only the secrecy of the concern , but also the secrecy of its clients. Because, as per professional conduct, the clients' secrecy should not be revealed out .
