(Querist) 16 October 2012 This query is : Resolved
Dear all

1)Can you please suggest, that is there any other provision other than part IX conversion for converting partnership firm into company..if yes than please refer the section.???

2)If it is part IX is it mandatory to have at least 7 partners for such conversion. what if i have only 2 partners and i dont want to admit any other partners.

3) Is it compulsory to register as joint stock company . what if i want to make a private limited company with 2 members only.

You had already posted the same queries 7 months back. But, probably you were not satisfied with the solutions suggested by experts, or you did not want to act uon that solution.

Seven months back, you also showed your intention to join an LLB course. So, it seems as if as a law student you want your academic queries solved through the experts, instead of resorting to study your course materials and text books.

If that is not the position I wonder, as a manager of the firm, why you want to work on hits and trials and in bits and pieces basis, that too to form a company, when your firm can well afford to hire an expert to convert your firm in to a company? Mind it, it is not so simple proess, which you can know as a whole to learn all the formalities of formation of a company through one or two questions. You will have to post series of questions, one after the other, to know about that and that too by wasting time of several months, if you continue with the questions and answers process only, but still you are likely to omit several imprtant steps in accomplishment of all the formalities till registration.
