This is very long process, Information can be derived online but a specific lawyer is required for the purpose of the registration as there are many formalities attached with the registration process.

Your question is incomplete as you have not mentioned whether you want the domain name as a copyright or the contents of the website as copyright.

However, for your information, domain name (name of the website) once registered with the domain name authority, automatically becomes the copyrighted property of the registrant.

About contents, if not already available or copied from any previously existing websites, are also treated as copyrighted material.
