Guest (Querist) 11 September 2013
will court issue corrigendum or fresh judgement/decree with corrected facts.
Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 11 September 2013
For typing errors in judgement/decree, move application u/s 152 CPC
Guest (Querist) 11 September 2013
Experts may clarify please:

1. Whether it will be u/s 151 or 152 CPC

2.will court issue corrigendum or fresh judgement/decree with corrected facts.
Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 11 September 2013
Read CPC, go through provision.
prabhakar singh (Expert) 11 September 2013
u/s 152 read with 151.Sections are not so important and 151 is gap filler and can be applied anywhere for doing the justice.
First an order of correction, next the incorporation in original, next parties would apply for corrected copies as usual, nothing new,why is there so much anxiety.
R.K Nanda (Expert) 11 September 2013
section 151 of cpc is RAM BHAN for everything.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 11 September 2013
Well advised, nothing more to add.
