Hello sir, my name is SHEIK FAZIL , I was studying in government college as a BBA student. My father name is HUSSAIN, in my father documents like AADHAR CARD, PAN CARD,ETC., his name should be HUSSAIN only, but in my TC & Birth Certificate my father name is MOHAMMED HUSSAIN, So now want to change father name in my TC & Birth Certificate. My Father all the document has as a HUSSAIN name only , but from my childhood the name of my father is mentioned MOHAMMED HUSSAIN now i want change into HUSSAIN. SO i want help to change my father name in my all document's..

it is bit complicated and time consuming excercise,as,first you need to change the name in your birth certificate,for which you need to approach the registrar of birth. since it is an old case,you need to contact at state headquarters.
after the correction of birthcertificate,you need to correct school and college records
