If a bungalow belongs to 4 siblings while only one stays there how do he know the current cost of share that he can pay to other siblings

As there are 4 siblings you all mutual come to a conclusion for a price roughly prevailing in the open market. Or obtain the Government Market Value of the property from the Sub Registrar office concerned.
