Counterblast cases of 498-a/406 3/4 dp act

Sir, ( to save indian families)
Please suggest me whether accused u/s 498-A/406 etc can file the counter cases during the course of investigations
Kindly inform under which sections of IPC it is maintainable?
Please suggest whether such cases can be filed at the place of husband's residence/matrimonial home( if girl is residing at her ancestral home and has filed the FIR there)
Please provide the link/rich source of data which gives more picture about this

without knowing facts of the case we cant advise you . if your wife has filed false 498a cases aginst you and your family members and deserted you then you cna file for divorce if case is made out .

Depends upon if you can bear with the subsequent tremours of counterblast, as any counterblast triggers only simultaneous successive counterblasts from both the sides.
