My mother reach legal aid advocate for probate. He ask for property papers and also says a court fees of 2% is to be submitted in court according to circle rates.

How can you say that the experts have not given relevant answer?, you have approached here without knowing answer, then how can you say some body gave a relevant answer or otherwise. The experts have properly answered, I don't want to add anymore answer at the cost of labeling my answer as 'irrelevant'

Mr. T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate , answers are irrelevant. Don't be hyper. I am not asking here the amount or percentage of court fee. I am saying mother do not have that much money to pay, what shall she do ? Telling amount or percentage of court fee is not related to the question.

Basing On the Will if it is in favour of your mother Exclusively Let your mother Execute a Settlement Deed in favour of Your Self Basing on the Will. You would have to convince the Registrar regarding this. The Expense would not Cross Totally Rs2lacs for all the 4 Properties.Consult a good Local Advocate.
Advocate. Arunagiri (Expert) 29 November 2014
Probating the WILL is not mandatory in Delhi.

your earlier query was whether it is true that court fees of Rs 10 to 15 lakhs is payable on grant of probate . hence we advised you to consult local advocate in this regard . if your mother cannot afford to pay court fees she should not apply for probate as it is not mandatory in delhi

You cannot call me hyper. You have posted a query and upon the experts answers you say it is not relevant, which is not understood that under what sense you labeled it as not relevant. Moreover you have stated that the court fee goes 10 - 15 lakhs, then a query is it true. In subsequent post you say that you are not asking the amount or percentage of court fee, so which of your question is to be taken as true and you mention that the experts answers are irrelevant and you call them as hyper. What do you mean by this?, Better mind your language and restrain from passing a derogatory comment on experts before analysing your own question and the contradictory statements you make subsequently in the name of query.
