Court summon

I am santhosh kumar now i am in france for my training.regarding my mother murder case police ask me to get summon from them and they ask me to present in the court at 3 october 2012.But my company send me here for very very important training and it will end on november 30.so, i cant go to india and after my mothers dead my job is the only relief for me for this job i work very hard and if i ruin the training means surely i lose my job.But police ask me to present in the court.Is there is any solution for this?.please help me.
