Courts vs parliment

1.If the Parliment makes law that will validaty by courts or not?


2. Supppose 'X' community or sect demanding for religion minority status and government granted the status even though it has a majority religion(hindu) influence this will stand in the courts or not ?

No academic questions. However, the fact is that Parliament( the Legislature) is supreme in making laws, and Courts are there to implement them. In case of laws in violation of basic structure of Constitution, Courts will struck them down

Yes purely academic, but just to mark the distinction between the two.Court is like a Lion under Solomon's Throne, let them be there under Solomon not above Solomon.
