Will Deed needs no stamp paper , it needs proper execution and proper attestation by the Attestign Witnesses

Dear Sunny:

The will can be written on a plain paper and it need not be written on a N J Stamp paper.

At least two witnesses should attest the execution of the will

Even will written on white paper is valid. When will will be regd., u will have to pay the regn., fees thats all.
A V Vishal (Expert) 08 May 2009
Dear Subramanian,

Two witnesses are sufficient
MANISH (Expert) 08 May 2009
Dear friend,
The will could be written on the plain paper.
Alongwith the executor of the will, at least two witnesses must also sign and have to verify the executor's signature, that the testator/executor signed in their presence.
The most convenience way is to get it registered in the office of the sub-registrar.

No need of stamp paper for creating a WILL.
