Dear experts please guide me , my grand father 1st wife(my grand mother )passed away leaving a child(my dad) when he was 2 or 3 years my grand father married wife sister to take care of child, so for 2nd wife they got 7 children 6 girl last 1 boy ,now my dad (first mother child) who have got 2 acre of land from his grand father ,he have 3 children me and my 2 sisters here is my question in year 2000 my grand father made a will* reg equally dividing his property to all children asking giving 2 acre of land instead he will give other property to us in year 2000 , my sister was 18 i was 17 in that year , my grand father made will reg saying we are giving other property in will instead of 2 acre land took my parents dad and mom they have took signature to the will , now they have taken 2 acre land also they have cancelled will also property they are giving to 2nd wife children what should we do? in that will they have mention dad is giving 2 acre land for gift deed to his second wife son (dad brother) not any cash transaction done and the other property he told he will give us also he not giving and he said he have also cancelled the will , do what ever u want , any experts guide before we die in they hands

File a suit for partition and claim your your due share.

The ancestral property cannot be gifted so you have legal right to challenge the alleged gift of the ancestral agricultural land in the civil court.

Dear Raj kumar sir , i dont know how u describe it , but my dad's grand father purchased that property directly in my dad's name when my dad was 18 or 20 years old what MY grand father told ,if u people give that 2 acre of land to me i will give u people my property all children equally, so they took my father and mother gifted his 2 acre land to dad's brother (2nd wife son) later the property's is reg/gifted deed to his brother without any cash transaction,grand father have cancelled all will, he have reg , later we got to know its all drama to grab that 2 acre land ,now do we have any legal right to fight ? what will be the Punishment if my grand father or dads brother seem Guilty ? 2 acre property my father have given to his brother in name of gift deed do i have the power to fight against them ?
