Critsizing Of HC Judgement

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 08 September 2010 This query is : Resolved
Respected Experts,
Is it an offense to criticize in a public forum, on a judgment rather observation/remark of an HC, which I feel is unjust, and unreasonable? If I go ahead then what action will be taken?
Plz. Advise.
Thanks and regd to all,
Kiran Kumar (Expert) 09 September 2010
every criticism can not be termed as a contempt.

Read the following judgment of SC (latest one) to know the answer

HARI SINGH NAGRA & ors. V/s KAPIL SIBAL & ors.

Transfer Case (Crl.) No.2 of 1997 decided on 15.07.2010

Certainly not. A fair and substantial criticism cannot be objected to .You decide on the nature of your criticism and go ahead if it is fair. if you had expressed your criticism here we would have had the benefit of knowing whether it could be termed a fair criticism or not.
