Hello Experts,
If Cross examination questions in 498a case are irrelavent and with that questions trying to degrade and hurt the witness family what action can be taken against accused?

1. You did not mention facts of the case.
2. What is that irrelevant question asked by opposite counsel, who is the witness, how you are concerned?
3. As a lawyer/ witness when ever you feel the question is irrelevant, raise your objection before the judge, or the witness must not reply , no one can compel the witness to reply any such question.
