There is rumours that the crpc 41 n 41a has been removed. Henceforth, arrest under 498a is now will start.

Sir one of my friend informed that crpc 41a is removed. I have raised this query since Im expecting false from my advocate wife, I had already received many extortion call from her.

After the Amendment Act of 2008 has added S. 41A to CrPC, the section has become part of CrPC. So the Act of 2008 is not of use any more. So, the 2008 Amendment Act has been repealed and it will not have any effect on S. 41A which is a part of the CrPC.
