CRPC125: Benefits of Challenging Order of lower court in high court
Scenario:
Female awarded maintenance to her and her minor son.
Men approached session court and later high court challenging final order of lower and session court.
There is little possibility of award being set aside. but the final order from high court is yet to arrive and the date is not fixed.
Who will be benefited with all this court proceedings?

If the appeal filed by the aggrieved person is decided in his favour then he will be benefited or if the appeal is dismissed then the original petitioner will be benefited

Justice delayed is justice denied. it has been more than 5 years petition pending in high court due to other matters of other people. Minor son of female will become major by the time high court look in to it. I hope system will work with 1000 times quick; judgement will be delivered by a machine in future or just abolish monthly maintenance.
