I am Pradeep Khandelwal,living in New Delhi
There is an FIR registered against in me in Cyber Crime case
I was living with woman for last 2 years prior to the FIR.
I made a new gmail.com account from my laptop for her name (
soniad102dc@gmail.com )and in alternative account was given
khandelwalpradeep@gmail.com which is mine.and always used the said ID
on my Laptop .She was computer illiterate .On 23 /02/2012 ,we had
fight.There was no communication b/w us .Out of curiosity i open THE
ACCOUNT with my IP address few times ,she filed identity theft case
against me and in investigation it was proven that i opened THE
Account ,IO came my office and confiscated my both Laptop .since it
was bailable offense ,i got released on the same day .She filed this
case out of retaliation of my case ..She is habitual case filer ,she
attempted few more false harassment cases ,where no damage was done .
In one of her Police BYAN she admitted that we were having living
relations.Police people are making charge -sheet against me out her
repeated pressure tactics.
Few facts related to the account
1) That account is virtually connected with my account ,all the 80%
mail transaction were b/w two accounts
2) my alternative account was given at the time of making new ID
3) Only my computer was used while for operating that account from the
beginning .
and no object able activity was ever taken place ..
Please help me to understand how serious is this crime ?
and how can i get my Lap -Top back?

where is FIR Copy??
If FIR filed due to disputes in last few days, it will defend u.
Deviation from normal practice [wife & kept or live-in] carry it's own risk. one hv to pay price for it.
Fact will speak out, u had such understanding, and practice to share a/c
And if she demanded money , extortion, and u refused, she now filed the case, terminating live in relationship, it will be considered.

In one her statment before SEM ,vasant vihar ,she admitted that we are having living relation,we have that statement with us.I know the password since the account was created ,which i used after the dispute from my IP address.It was done out of stupidity ,no objectionable activity is done in the account.She is very persuasive that is how that FIR got registered.There is no crime except opening the gmail account.She doesnt demand any money ,she communicated with me through SMSs even after this report.Actually i filed a tenantacy relief case on her in Saket court and it is merely a counter attack..
Tell me Shall i put i request in court for retrieval of my two lap-tops/

FIR COPY Cyber Crime Cell, Mandir Marg, New Delhi, My name is Sonia Bawa Supra and I reside in Defence Colony I have filed an earlier complaint regarding my email ID Soniad102dc@gmail.com which a former friend Pradeep Khandelwal of 141 AM Block Shalimar Bagh has appropriated against my will and blocked access to my own e-mail and my documents. He has taken over my facebook page also and is playing around with my friends list. He had even after his arrest by defence colony police on 23m Feb. 2012 put his own photo on my friends list now he has put my elder cousins picture since he has changed the mobile no. on my email from mine to his I have no access to my facebook page nor do I know what he is doing with it. It is clearly a case of identity theft and fraud. He has serious criminal intentions towards me. I am helpless please put an end to this crime. My name on my facebook page is Sonia Bawa and my photo graph is there. I feel outraged as to how someone can assume my identity. Please help restore my rights and put end to this man’s stalking me. It is obvious to resolve this issueless issues.Who is having time to waste time in court matter. It was matter of humiliation actually ,i was living their property as a tenant for last 5 years.She intentionally threw me out from the property for her own advantage and refused to return any of my households.She has been having property dispute case taking place in High court.I filed a tenancy relief case in Saket Court against her .even if i withdraw my case ,she would not I burned financially during the course of relationship .
Can i have your comment on this case study?
Email password Hacking-
One day a lady come to cyber cell office and reported that she and her brothers e-mail ID’S had been hacked by someone she suspected him to be her husband. The lady had already lodged a case against him for dowry and was pending for trial in Bhopal court .
The suspect had hacked lady’s and her brother e-mail ID account and copied all the information to his e-mail and produced selected e-mails to claim that . she was happy with him and case of dowry is a false one .
To malign the image of her brother the suspect sent a copy of FIR lodged against him at police station Habibganj. This indicated that the husband of the lady was behind the whole affair but police had not any evidence against him.
Cyber cell started enquiry by an order of IGP and obtained the login logs from rediff.com .The logs indicated that the email IDs password were changed and anonymous emails were sent from the house of lady’s husband and sent from his .
Cyber cell registered a case under section 66 IT act and submitted Challan has been filed against the suspect and trial is over.
Court has hold the conviction against the suspect Sabrish Pillai but found that the matter came before the court as Sabrish was having family dispute with his wife and the, act of hacking was not against the society at large, Hence let him free after warning.
