Father expired in the year 2010 he had two wives first wife daughters had filled suit for partition. Kindly help whether they eligible.for share or not

Apparently: Yes in ancestral/self acquired properties.

However show all docs on record to a very able counsel specializing in property/revenue/family/civil matters.

They are eligible. all legal heirs of the deceased father have rights over his property.
