Whether legal heir of deceased share holder has voting right in the company as per company's act 1956?

yes provided deceased has left any will mentioning names of legal heirs. this is called as transmission of shares in favour of legal heirs. make application to concerned DP (if shares r in demat form) or company alongwith relevant docs
