Mere payment of house tax by your uncle will not confer title on him. You need not worry about the same. You have a registered gift deed in your favour and fight vigorusly and hopefully. Wish you success.

You are advised hereby to file a police complaint of breaking locks and illegal tresspass,if police not taken any action , you can file a criminal case.Had you requested the court to issue a commission instead of taking photographs by your self, this circumstance would not have arise.
