The operative order/net result of a case is a decree.

Judgment is a final order of any order containing the reasons of litigation, evidence led by parties and findings of the court.

A judgment which affects various other persons setting a new legal position is called landmark judgment.

Injunction is a stage wherein the respondent is prayed to be restrained whereas the injunction order is passed by court over the application moved by either of the parties.
