No, it can not be registered. The validity of stamp paper is expired.

A Notarised partnership deed? what is the purpose. Per se as per the Partnership act a deed need not be registered however in order to overcome legal infirmities a partnership firm must be registered, there is no provision in the act to get the deed notarized and there is no legal importance to such notarization.

Partnership deed cannot be notariesed, it is to be registered. It is registrable doucment. If it is unregd., then your p'ship firm will be treated as unregd., firm.

Rajeev

No where in the Indian Partnership Act or the Registration Act it is mentioned that a partnership deed is registrable, however a firm if unregistered has some legal infirmities hence it is advisable to register the firm and not the deed.
