Deface private property

Hi,

I have a query, this is related to my property. Is it ok for someone to write court case number on my property without my permission.

Does this not amount to defacing of property?

Please advise, I am being subjected to such harassment where some unknown person has been writing case number, while I try to ensure my property is not in any way spoilt

If the writer has filed some case against your very same property and has made your ownership disputed about the property ,then
he can justify his action otherwise not.

Query is not clear. What do you mean by ' writing court case number'?

You should intervene in that case which has been filed by that person and should thereafter get the dispute resolved qua your property.
