Defective microwave oven-purchase from e shopping

Dear Sir/Madam,

A Samsung microwave oven was purchased from Infibeam.com (a e shopping site).I am working in Axis Bank,Axis bank launch a contest & I was among the winner.Axis Bank gave 6000/- gift voucher with a condition to purchase any product from infibeam.com.I purchased a microwave oven worth Rs.6890/- by depositing extra 890/- by debit card payment.The payment was made & subsequently the order was placed on 05.07.12 & the oven reached to my destination(Arambagh Br Axis Bank,Hooghly,W.B) on 16.07.12 in sealed box by GATI.I received the box & signed in POD with making a comment that contents not verified.
Later on the oven was unpacked in my home that was 2 minutes walking distance from my office.The base of the oven was found uneven as a result the oven remained slant in one direction on a plane surface.
First of all we thought it was the desigh or type of make model.We were that time busy for installation of the oven(making electric point,buying a wooden table for placing the oven).After theinstallation activities were over.we asked one of our colleage who also purchased the microoven from same site but of different brand regarding the uneven base of my oven.He replied he didnot have such problem & suggested to inform to the customercare.First of all we called samsung customer care on 23.07.12 & then to infibeam customer care on 24.07.12.The representative from the customer service of Samsung came to my home on 25.07.12 & took some snaps of the oven & we delivered relevant docs(order sheet,courier receipt,etc).Later on the invoice copy was also sent by mail to samsung.But neither the oven was replaced nor it was repaired as a result it was not possible for us to use this oven.

Series of mails were sent both to infibeam & samsung customerservices for replacing/repairing the oven but nobody did anything.

On 25.08.12 again a mail was sent to customerservice of infibeam ,samsung with a copy mark to our Axis bank team who deal the matter with infibeam.The bank team instructed infibeam to look into the matter on priority basis.Infibeam(e site) from their side lodge a customer complain to samsung & send me the complain no. by mail .On the basis of the complain the representative of Samsung again came to my home on last Saturday(01.09.12) & he told that it was not a manufacturing defect it may arise during transportation so it was not possible for them to replace the product ,I again called the infibeam (e site)persons & told them the whole story & also send a mail with a scan copy of courier receipt in which "contents not verified" was written.On 04.09.12 the infibeam(e site) persons calld me they cannot do anything because the complain was lodged on 24.07.12, eight days after receiving the product.

I am feeling helping.Pls suggest what should I do so that atleast reparing is accomplished & we can use the oven.

issue legal notice to samsung and infi beam . since samsung has declined to replace the product on account of the fact that it was not a manufacturing defect issue notice to both . you have paid full consideration for the product . it was duty of infi beam to deliver product safely to your premises . if any danage has occured infibeam ought to have replaced it .
if no reply to legal notice move consumer forum for deficency in service . .
