Defence struck off under sec 125

Can I file a review petition in the same district family court (under cpc 151 or any other section)which passed an order for defence struck off,
reason of defence struck off given in the oreder was non payment of arrear even there is no application filled by applicant for payment of arrear.
Please guide me.
Need your expert advice.

there is no wrong to file review petition

The review petitions in the lower court is maintainable in final orders.
Since the defence is struck off, the only option left to you is to file Revision before the higher court.

A case of maintenance under section 125 Cr. P.C.has nothing to do with CPC and in CPC too Review lies against final decree,then the remedy is only Revision but simultaneously keep your purse intact as court shall direct you for paying the arrears.
