Plantiff side issues are framed but still defendant side issues not framed, what is the reason?

Issues are framed on basis of allegations made in plaint and objections raised in written statement if court has not framed any issue on basis of objections raised in written statement you can move application under order 14 rule 5 c.p.c and prey to court to frame suggested issue.

How did you come to know that the defendant side issues not framed, tin that case your advocate can file a memo to this effect with his draft issue before the concerned court.

Did you (or your counsel) suggest / propose issues pertaining to defendant ?
Whether the issues were framed by the court in Chamber or open court in presence of parties counsel to lis ?
If you were not satisfied with the issues framed did you (or your lawyer) apply to the adjudicating Court under order XIV Rule 5 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ?
