Delay condon

Sir,
My advocate not file appeal with in limited time and misguid up to 1.1/2 year.
Now we file a complaint against the advocate in bar council and Now we File new appeal for delay condonation alongwith the copy of complaint of the advocate.
1. Is it sufficient reason for delay condonation or not.

Yes, the court is likely to condone the delay.
Period of delay is no consideration, it is the actual reason behind this which is of material consideration.
