Demand for dates in civil suits

Dear Members,

i have an adjournament in 1st week of october, due to personals i am not avaialbe[home town] for one month

Que'n
Can i reqeust for next date [demand an adjournment after a month] before the coming adjournment.

Sir,

i am appearing party-in-person and the petition is RCR filed by me.

earlier i got adjournaments,
but very close dates.

Now i would like to have nxt adjournament @least after 1 month.

ANY ADJOURNMENT CAN BE SOUGHT ONLY ON DATE FIXED,EVENIF MOVED EARLIER IT SHALL BE TAKEN UP FOR CONSIDERATION ON DATE FIXED ONLY AND SHALL MEET REJECTION IF NONE IS THERE TO PRESS IT.
