What are you studying?
Your selection should be relating to current topic and you should be in a position to gather as much material as possible for preparation. The current topics are:
a) inflation and deposit rates
b) Requirement of regulatory authority to monitor the activities of micro finance
c) RBI licensing policy for setting-up of new banks.

Whether due to globalisation the definition of state is shrinking or not? and also due to the Nationalisation policy the Banks are within the ambit of Art.12 of the constitution? and the frauds committed by banks with the customers with the reference to the loopholes in the banking guidelines of the RBI.
I think these are some subjects to go into the depth for your dessertation.
