Recently I had come to know that some evidences/records/information has been destroyed by RTI application,
I beleive it is punishable as:
1. Sec 201 IPC destruction of evidence with 7 yrs
2. Under Public records act? (Which section) with 5 yrs
3. Under RTI act with rs 25,000 fine.
4. Conspiracy and abetment of the offence pertaining to which the evidences/records/information was?
I might be wrong, please comment.....

Dear Mr.Sumir,
Kindly state who destroyed the evidence and what were the facts of the case. However, prima facie, it appears that no further elaboration is needed on the provisions of law stated by you.
With best wishes,

I have enough evidences that my college, Grant medical college, Sir JJ Group of Hospitals, Byculla, Mumbai -08 had received complaints of RAGGING and while replying to RTI denies of having received thaem, though the matter is pending as appeal, I beleive the offences stated by me, ie sec 201 IPC, Public records act, abetment of ragging, conspiracy, RTI act,etc can be levied, please comment.
