Kindly let me know what is law/rule/act/regulations/proceedure for establish/erection of mobile towers in Haryana state,is it permissible to erect mobile towers in residential colonies.Thanks

In our state, Arunachal Pradesh, erection of tower is regulated by District Administration through proper guidelines on safety measures etc.

According to my knowledge ,due to the lack of codified seperate rules and regulations the erection of towers at present is going according to the building rules and the permission from the local bodies.Electro magnetic rays emiting from the tower is harmful to the building owner and also to the living beings in one square kilometer range.

I Agree with Uma and furher ad that ;- the erection of Tower is buildign/contsruction /erection /Buldg activity , It is ocvered under Mpl Building Rules ,
Dist. Gen Administration ,and the Telicomunications Department.
