144 format and model injunction petition

(Querist) 20 July 2009 This query is : Resolved
Sir, I am living in a house with absolutely no agreement regarding rent or other. But I have letter written by the landlord to the local bank manager confirming that I am staying in the house of the land lord and the address of the landlord could be considered as address of mine. I am paying rent regularly -- sometimes to him cash and sometimes by a/c payee cheque -- and now the land lord wants to evict me even without giving any notice. I am asking 3 months time but he is not ready and trying to evict me forcefully. What I can do in such a stage? Please give me the approximate format for getting 144 and for getting injunction against eviction. I have bank account with this address and I have received a lot of letters in this address.

If you are preparing for law exams, pls see a book on pleadings. Mogha is best and K.K. Srivastava is also good.
If this is real problem, you have sufficient grounds /prima facie case to get an a temporary injunction -pls contact a local lawyer.

dear, if u r a student, in fact, then behave like a student.

litigation may cause harm to ur landlord but finally u ll find it more difficult to handle.

courts and not the subzi mandis, if u intend to go into litigation then be ready to save ur next semester fee for lawyers.

howerver different matter if u ve enough to waste both time and money.

dear friend,
no need to panic. you can take the shelter of the court for depositing the rents, under rent control act, then you also make an application to direct the landlord not to evict you without due process of law. so, that you will get ample to time to vacae.
