How to file the case for Yellow Notice against Private Finance Group? 2016 has pass the new amendment regarding this issues. Any new procedure followed now? Can you please suggest/guide me?

I hope you are aware that yellow notices are issued by the INTERPOL to trace a missing person or one who has been abducted and not traceable. If ur query relates to locate the group referred by you who are not traceable then you have to approach the local police in whose jurisdiction the person/s were living or carrying on business with a request to get the Yellow notice issued. The Police after satisfying themselves that it is fit case to issue yellow notice they will take further steps in the matter. for more details please go to INTERPOL website www.interpol-int.

Dear Ammaiappan,
Earlier, Insolvency Proceedings (colloquially known as Yellow Notice/மஞ்சள் பத்திரிக்கை) was instituted under the Presidency Towns Insolvency Act, 1909 and the Provincial Insolvency Act, 1920. Those acts have been repealed vide Sec.243 IBC. Presently, the proceedings are required to be instituted under the new enactment, vide the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
