Online abuses and threats and stealing of personal details

Dear Experts,
I'm continuosly receiving threats, abuses and blackmailing on an online hindi newspaper website. I believe my original details have been stollen from my social media account and the possible cyber criminal is threating me that he will create a fake account on my name, using my all details and will abuse Politicians and Local police station by hacking my devices and stilling my original IP address.

I got his account blocked by taking help of news paper website admin but he again and again creating new account and threating.
Even in one instance he created account on my name and using my orignial picture and pasted my all details including my Residential address and phone number.

Please suggest what can I do to save myself from such cyber criminals?

Is it possible that someone can still my IP Address and abuse others by using my device??

Just Meet the Cyber Crime Police of your area and file a Complaint in detail and they would Take Care Please.Also try and change all your IDs to protect the Access.

Thank you Sir for suggestion.
I've reviewed my security settings of FB and Linkedin though my all details have already been stollen and that's causing worry. Is there any online help available for such crime or approaching police station is the only resort?

Instead of going to Police Station you should go to concerned Cyber Crime Cell of your concerned area and file the complaint in detail and should obtain FIR so that if any misuse by the culprits you would be protected even in the long run. You do not worry and Certainly the Concerned Cyber Cell Police officers would be very friendly and certainly they would help you out.For you these things are Occasional but for them it is their Profession and they would have handled several 1000s of cases similar to you please
